Replace Amtico decorative stripping

I have Amtico Spacia tiles with decorative stripping (imitation grouting). I want to retain the tiles but replace the stripping, is this easy to do?

It's not something that I have heard of anyone ever doing, as its glued and fitted as the tiles are put down, the problem with doing it retrospectively would be getting the old glue out and new glue in, would be possible but laborious

Not heard of doing before. Personally for me no as tiles would need taken up to get strips adhered to subfloor
