Leak in roof still there even after repair

As a roofer I no how the weather been this summer raining most of summer, u can not do roofing work in the rain, so when the sun out roofers got to pay their bills . So back to ur question as quick as roofers can get Their we are only human

In my opinion, you should call them again to either book them in to a day to come and fix it. Or to discuss when they’ll be returning - and make sure it’s ASAP.

Well said E.C Roofing couldn’t had answered it better myself, good roofers are very busy during the summer months so sometimes you gotta be patient if you want a good trades person or you got with the less known trader and take a risk. The roofer should come ASAP as his not gonna want your ceiling to fall down as then it’s his fault and his liable especially if his already been up there to attempt a repair he also has to consider H&S laws and regulations and it’s not safe to work up on roofs in the rain especially if there isn’t scaffolding in place. He should come back asap, but If he has already tried to fix the roof and it is still leaking and taking time to come back to put it right I would call another roofer to take a look before problems get worst
