There are some amazing quad glazing products available in Europe , if your looking for passivehouses standards u values under 1.0 Poss down to 0.7 can be found . Reinforced frames and quality sealed units with 25 year or lifetime guarantees . Show the quality levels.
No triple may offer better UV protection as do laminated security or acoustic glazing options but no noticeable light effects .
Just warmer and of course better security.

Most PVCu profile manufacturers that have been trading for a number of years are pretty much guaranteed to be reliable, in as much that their product has been proven over time. The Focus when purchasing should be on the installation, the credentials of the installer and the supplier (manufacturer of the windows etc) not just the profile manufacturer. Regarding actual profile (window section)
There are numerous available, however Kommerling,(German) Spectus,(British) Veka( German) are bulletproof and proven over time.
We have supplied and installed all three over the years and found them to be excellent.
Regarding triple glazing. In my opinion has less pros than cons.
A rated standard windows from a reliable source are the best option all round.
They conform to all regulations and are time proven.
Many thanks.

If you are going for white Upvc then I would recommend getting diamond/blue white, these stay whiter and brighter for longer. I use duraflex diamond suite, I find that it is a great all rounder. Comes in bevel of feature and has the bonus of Q-Lon gaskets
