Low water pressure on my valiant ecotec boiler. I get an F22 error but when I repressurise the system to an acceptable level the pressure immediately falls.

When the pressure immediately falls the pipe outside the house has water pouring from it.

sounds like the pressure relief valve is jammed open.

The boiler is indicating a fault, could be the expansion vessel, cannot point out the exact problem without investigating. Call your local plumber to come and investigate the problem, charges should be based on fault find and fix, Hope this Helps, Freshwater Plumbers
