There was probably a reaction of two components, which is that's why is now yellow..
When you bleaching bathroom you shoud straight away use it water to stop the reaction...
Now can be too late and you can't do it nothing with that.. you can try some chemicals maybe it works and maybe not.

Hi. I'm assuming you have PVC cladding panels in your bathroom. Panels that are adhesive stuck to the wall. Bathroom cladding is a great alternative to tiles and grout , however, there are limitations on what you can use to clean these panels and bleach is a product that isn't great for cleaning cladding. It is probable that the bleach has created a yellow spot because you have white panelling, be it granite or marble effect for example. The recommended cleaning process for these type of panels is simply a soft cloth and warm soapy water. If you live in a hard water area and therefore prone to limescale then clean the panels at least every week. With regards to your existing spot it probably won't be possible to remove the spot. However, it should be possible to remove the individual panel that is stuck to the wall and replace it with new. Ensurin that a/ you can get the same colour and batch and b/ when refitted a small line of silicone is used between the joins to create a water tight seal if it is in a wet area, IE inside a shower cubicle
Hope this helps.

When bleach is used on plastic glassing in can fade it ,the cladding I use says on it be careful using strong chemicals ,soap and water. The glassing I use states on it keep out of direct sunlight this can turn it yellow. The only cure is to replace it .

If you are saying that you always bleach your bathroom and your cladding and you only have one spot recently it may not have been caused by the bleach
There could be a few reasons
Yes maybe the bleach because you forgot to wipe that area clean and left the bleach or could be caused by Water damage
You can get rid of this by using stain block on that area and repaint
I would recommend using zinsser BINZ stain block you can try blue wonder wipes you can purchase this from b and q
Hope this information was helpful
Kind regards
