What is the correct name and/or category for a tradesman who'd carry out refurbishment of a shed?

Our 15-year-old shed needs refurbishing. We've been wanting to get the roof, guttering, and 2 loose planks repaired for quite some time now and the shed resprayed. We also need our fences replaced. You'll see some photos with fences in them. The fences on the right are our neighbour's fences, but we will get permission from them to respray our side. We need the fences on the left, which are ours, replaced with fences that match the fences our neighbour used, they will also need to be sprayed. By the way, they are very easy to remove. The spray used for the shed should also be used for the fence as we want everything to match. I posted this job in the carpentry section but nobody has quoted me for this job. I usually get quotes really fast when I post on here. I have a feeling the category I posted the job in, doesn't suit this kind of work. Suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks
