Pump will not turn off

Had my glow worm hide away serviced, now noticed that the pump doesn't cut in and out it's running constantly. This is with central heating completely off. And water on constant. Both motorized valves changed, tank stat changed, no joy.?

sounds like it’s been wired up wrong!!!

Wiring issue for sure, if both zone valve have been changed maybe check wiring on them first

Agree it’s a control issue and most likely the new wiring
