What size armoured cable will I need to connect my house to the mains. Its a four bed with full kitchen with exterior lighting. The house is, over 100 metres from the, mains at the boundary.

Depends if your supplier is only installing to the road side and you have to install the length of swa to your house.
120metres for a 63amp supply would be 35mm and 120metres for a 100amp supply would be 50mm square
This is a basic calculation and other factors would have to be considered as mentioned above, site visit would help 😀
