Shower not working

Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.23 PM

The shower works fine initially, but after using it and turning it off, the shower stops working completely. If I leave it for a few hours it’ll start working again. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Most likely could be the shower pump. If you have a pressurised system then would be the shower head

it could be loose muck in pipework coming up against filters,it could be cartridge breaking down.

If it’s an electric shower then it sounds like it’s over heating - low flow, blocked filter

To answer the question correctly I will need to know if it is an electric shower or a gravity mains type
