SELV Extractor Fan with timer, humidistat, and transformer recommendations

Hi I’m looking for a suitable fan that is quiet but meets the requirements listed. There are so many I’ve seen but would really like a bit of guidance especially around the transformer bit. Can I get the transformer separately given not all models are sold with them or is it more desirable to get them as a package together? I’ve seem Xpelair, HIBB, and Vent Axia models but wondered if there are others I’ve overlooked Thank you

Envirovent makes a 4 inch silent selv 12 volt fan. That should to the job.

The best domestic fan that I have fitted has to be an Envirovent Filterless EFHT2S fan.
Brilliant fans, they come in 230v and 12v (12v version includes transformer and unswitched spur)

I would always suggest you get the same transformer to go with the fan, would be best to go for a 12v silent vent axia fan
