Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.24 PM

Is it permitted to put the shed on the side of the house?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

You can have a shed at the side of your house as long as it isn’t a fixed structure and can be moved

Again yes as long as it is a separate structure There is also a form you can fill in on local authority website to double check it is ok to put it in the place you want it to be in as there are height restriction on outbuildings ect

Yes it's fine as long as it isn't fixed to you property. The maximum height is 2.5 meters . Ie highest part of shed roof . 1 meter from boundary in some cases aswell.
