Painting a breeze block wall

What is the best paint to roller-apply to a dry, interior breeze block wall (outbuilding). How many coats should I apply? Do I need to prime it?

Do a runny coat first because that block work with suck all that moisture up so start with runny coat first, apply two more coats after

Primer coat first.
Then two coats of Sandtex.

Hi you need a sealer then two coats of good masonry I.e Dulux
with brush and deep pile roller leave to dry between coats 4 hours then job should be a good one hope this helps thanks Gary

No sealer. Masonry paint diluted on the first coat so it can sink in a bit
