Is it classed as a lintel above my window

The stone section that stretches ABOVE my lounge window of my terrace are called what ? I know the lower half is a lintel but what about the top part. The same name ? These stretch across the whole row of terraces on my street. Mine needs painting.

Yeah, stone heads they are! You see a lot of reconstituted stone heads nowadays (the artificial stuff).
