Is it possible to bring a builder along for a property viewing?

I am in the process of looking for a house to buy and am considering a property which requires renovation throughout. I would like to bring along a builder for a second viewing of the property in order to have a rough estimate of costs and timescales involved. Is this a service which builders provide? Many thanks

I often do this for people, mainly as if we strike up a good rapport I might get future work! Your Estate agent may even have a few on their books, regards

I myself have been to several viewings with possible potential customers. It’s not so harrowing for them if your there where they need advice
