Which kitchen supplier?

Hello, I would like to know which one is better Howdens or Wren Kitchen in terms of quality (doors, worktop and hinges) and not price wise ? I am planning to change my kitchen and I saw that Wren is advertising a lot how good their kitchens are, I liked their Infinity range not the infinity plus as I don't want anything bespoke. However, looking to reviews Howdens seem to get the best reviews in terms of quality. Can someone comment on these two suppliers based on your experience. Thanks

Hi, there is not much between them as far as quality is concerned, however, in my experience Howdens are better at dealing with any problems like damaged items. Dave Wallace Room Service Building and Maintenance.

If I'm honest I've fitted both, both have their issues, I now fit an awful lot of benchmarx kitchens I've not had any problems with the supply or the quality from them, the last wren kitchen I fitted had a lot of bits missing and the customer service is awful, howdens very similar problems but howdens are quicker to get things sorted.

I agree with the previous comments. Howdens customer service is much better than Wren,however I'd favour Wren slightly for quality and choice. My own last two kitchens have been Wren but fortunately there were no issues. If you choose Wren, get your fitter involved in the design, as that's where the problems usually begin. CAD is great, but experience makes all the difference spotting potential issues.

Quality wise they are both very similar.. Wren have more choice & stylish designs... I know customers who have had both and had no quality issues even after 10yrs... I'd agree with the above answer, Howdens seem have much better customer service with any problems...this is direct from customer's own mouths.

Wren were set up by an ex Howden's guy so similar suppliers are used. Howdens are a much bigger company with good service, Wren, depends on the shop!
