floorboard fix, skirting board replacement and laminate flooring....

I need a couple of floorboards fixed, new skirting (the current skirting doesn't meet the floor, resulting in black dust and cold!) and a new laminate floor fitted. I have a challenge in clearing the room fully (main bedroom) so would like to understand what - if any - the options are! I'm not even sure if the same person would cover all of these jobs? Thanks a million.

That really should not be a problem, most would be capable of carrying out all tasks requested!! It could also be completed over 2 days , if we could shift furniture to one half of room and then vice versa the next day. Don't worry, there is a solution for lots of things :)
