Cost of 6 partition rooms, kitchen, shower room and wc

Hi, I would be grateful if someone could shed some light on this. I’ve recently been given a quite of £5000 labour only in order to convert an empty space into 6 bedrooms with doors, repaint, fit a kitchen, shower room and 2 wcs. How does this price sound? Also it needs to be finished in 4 weeks. What would be the best way to breakdown and arrange such a payment? Thanks in advance

Hi, I think the quote is a little on the low side considering they will have to erect the stud walls plasterboard them, plaster them, paint and decorate, hang the doors, paint them, fit the kitchen, shower room and 2 WCs. They will need a few man on site to do all that in four weeks. If you accept the quote please make sure That is in writing so there will be no hidden costs or added extras later on. I hope this is of help.

all this for £5000,i take it ,it will all be to fire regs,hmo,etc,if so i would think this is much to low a price.
