BOVIS HAVE RENDERED OVER THE DPC TO MY GARAGE

Could someone lend me some advise. As you can see from the above question the 5* house builder rendered over the dpc to my garage without any bellcast moulding. What happens after while is that you can see a faint white line showing through the cream coloured render. They suggest that there isnt a problem. Any thoughts gratefully received.

The DPC is there for a reason and shouldn't be bridged. There is a problem and Bovis needs to trim the render back to make sure the DPC works as it should.

You will get damp, unfortunately as it a garage its not seen as a bit issue as its not classed as part of the living area. Good luck Alex
