Bemis Sealed Toilet Seat - Replacement seat fixing

Good evening - I have an old Bemis toilet. The bolts for the toilet are concealed and I cannot get to them - all I have is a bolt head sticking out above the toilet. What I need is a toilet seat housing that comes in two parts and clamps together around the bolt head. Does anyone know of such a kit and where I can order it from? Sincerely, Nathan Bellamore.
