Hi, if the brunt of the chips and damage is around the edges of the pedestal toilet and frames, then a nice clean and cheap solution is to do a nice 8mm white mastic seal round every edge to cover the 8mm gaps and chips, however if the damage is not just the edges and some of your tiles are that badly damaged and noticably uneven then the individual tiles will have to be carefully removed and new ones relaid, but to be honest a good job on the grouting and mastic would sort out most bad tile jobs, so this must be bad enough to warrant replacing the damaged tiles unfortunately, and then regrout, hope this helps, good luck

Firstly take it up with the tiler and express the reasons you’re not happy with the work and give him/her a chance to respond and carry out any agreed remedial work.

Hello ! Well some detailed attention can help visually such as re-grout or silicon even thickness around frames, toilet and wash hand basin so it looks even and symmetrical also very good grouting can help with bad tiling and tile over leap which will still exist but visually look less noticeable ! Someone experienced could help to some extent ! Re. level can’t be helped but re-tile each tile which is not level . Hope this help? Wish you best !
