I would like to Thank all the roofers for giving me their best advice. I’m now getting an estimate to redo the roof Three roofer have been to see the roof and have suggested redoing the roof as it was not done properly from the start. I would really appreciate if I could get further support as to how I can make sure that what their report states is what is needed for redoing the roof.i can forward some photos if that helps.not sure how to upload the photos on this site.

you really only have two choices,
keep trying to get the original roofer back to fix it send him a letter giving him a set time to repair the fault say 14 days stating failure to comply will result in you contracting someone else to repair it at his cost although by the amount of leaks he doesn't seem competent enough to carry this out successfully,
get an other roofing contractor to carry out a repair & chase the first guy for the cost. this may need court action
good luck Alex

Hi I'm John
If you had your whole roof replaced then you should not be having any leaks, I advise you to look at the estimate/invoice given to you checking exactly what was changed then contact the contractor again and be stern with him tell him if he can't find and fix the problem you will find some one who can and send him the invoice.
