Who can fit extractor hood vent through external wall.

We have a cookerhood that currently filters air back into kitchen. It can be changed to vent externally but which type of tradesman do we get?

Electrician or gas engineer who will have a core cutter that will cut a hole in the wall to fit exhaust for extraction hood

A builder or a property maintenance man. All you need to do is drill a hole in the external wall using core hole cutter, 4 inch should be sufficient. Then run your extraction duct from your extraction hood through the 4inch hole to the outside of the building finishing it with a Louvre vent.
