Rusting angle beads

What was an external wall is now internal due to orangery addition however one side of the wall has angle beads rusting and coming through the plaster and paint work. Is this easily rectified?

When the work was done, the angel beads should have been made of stainless steel as proposed to galvanise steel.
You might get away with applying PVA to the beads then painting

Cut the area of beading out replace and m/good, the rust will get worse in time and blend through any new paintwork.
I have been using plastic render beads for about 25 years now as there is no chance of them rusting.
