how many holes will a ton bag of ballast do?

I have a large metal palisade fencing job coming up and I'm trying to work out how many bags of ballast I'm going to need, the depth of the holes are going to be 600mm/2ft and the i'll be using a 200mm (in diameter) auger. I just want to know roughly how many holes a ton bags going to do?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

1000 kg = 1 bag a ton
40 bags
One bag per hole with cement
4 ballast 1 cement
Bucket or shovel rasio

A ton bag of ballast will make just under a half cubic metre of concrete. Your holes are about 0.02m³. You should be able to fill about 25 post holes with your dumpy bag. Hope that helps.

Around 22 to 26 posts depending if you have to remove any old concrete or boulders
