How to fix leaning fence posts set in concrete?

Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.46 PM

I have just bought a house and two of the fence posts, set in concrete originally, are leaning quite badly. Would it make sense to just reset them completely or is there a fix for this?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Buy new posts and reset would be the best option

Remove old posts and concrete .and set new posts at correct height and level and the add in two bags of post mix each .sometimes trying to fix a bad job is just as easy and structurally more correct

The best way to get this sorted is, taking them out, have a look if they are in good condition so you can use them them again instead of buying new ones, so that means save time and money, just dig a bigger hole then dhe one they hed, to make sure you can por mor concrete on them so they can be much mor solid, and stay a lot longer, nice and plum.
