Missing Row of Bricks on new build
Anonymous user 03/03/2024 - 3.21 PM
My Daughter is in the process of buying a new build property (Barrett’s) all has been going well until now. They have just had their pre- plaster walk around and were told that the bricklayers had made a mistake and missed a row of bricks out on the first floor and they had to have the staircase altered but they said apart from that there will be no problem with the build apart from having lower ceilings. I was just wondering if that is the case or could they expect more problems in the future.
