Fitting a upvc door

Hi there I have a upvc door that has been supplied with the no gap I have noticed that the fins on the side add up to 10 mm if I removed them the door would fit is there a good method for removing them

HI! You can try to fix a door through the frame with screws. or plane slots for the fins, make them flash with a frame. or plane side or both sides of the frame.

You can plane them off with hand plane.
Or you can use electric planer
