I require 3 outside walls on my bungalow to be covered with external wall insulation due to no cavity don't know where to begin regards builders or contractors in helping carrying out the work

Hi pdibble, As another trades man has mentioned it would be worth putting it on my builder under insulation heading. Just out of interest you mentioned external insulation due to no cavity, have you considered internal insulation ie stud wall frame and plaster board over it? just a thought! Good luck.

Hi PDibble, You should list you job on this site, what you propose is an excellent solution as you don't loose space off of your internal floor-plan. You should check with the Planning office before you change the facade of your Building(unless it is already rendered) May I suggest you look into STO render as an excellent durable finish. You can get this done for free depending on your area. Half of fallowfield in Manchester has had this done, just google your area and "free insulation"
