where do I find iron railing made to measure?

Hi there, I am looking to build a three sided, 1.1m galvanised steel/iron fence around a recessed window well - initially I looked at some of my local ironmonger/steel specialists but the prices they quoted for what I thought was a fairly small job were just eye-watering (cheapest was 1750) I'm pretty sure if I had the three measured bits of fencing and posts I could fix them myself, but where do people go to get bespoke supplies like this? Are there any modular/customisable stems that might work?
