the road in front of the garages is sinking and swelling

the road in front of my garage is sinking.Homes built it in 2001. on one side there is a big bump. there is also a drain close to the garage doors. I need to know what is the problem how do we fix it and much it will be in term of money and time. This is affecting the side of the garages too.

It really needs to.be investigated to find out the cause, q surveyor may be your best bet as a starting point.he will then point you in the direction you need to go for repairs.

Could just be bad ground or road not been conpacted properly is there any big trees near buy I can't see it been the drain fail as it would be blocked lift drain lid see if there's water stood in bottom drain may have sunk
