Mira electric showers that connect to pump via Bluetooth

About 2 years ago we had a wet room fitted with a vira electric shower and whale water extraction pump, little did we know but the show was connected via Bluetooth to pump the water away. We had to switch all the electrics off for other work to the house and since the pump has not been working. Does anyone know anything that could help or who I would need to call to be able to resolve this?
