Anonymous user 15/03/2024 - 2.46 PM
I’m in the process of purchasing a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, it Will need a new water heater and showers, my question is what is the best economical system to fit that will power the showers and maybe a bath a day. I currently live in similar but 1 bathroom the shower is very powerful and it has an unvented boiler. Thank you

The best hot water performance will be from an unvented cylinder as you already have, the main thing to look for is if you have an economy electric rate (cheaper electric through the night)
You’ll want a twin element cylinder and you’ll need to check your water pressure and flow rate

1 shower 1 bath 120ltr sufficient Unvented will give you advantage of the shower as there's no need for cold water storage as this would be direct or indirect type unit.
Also..
Provided you have the minimum feed mains water flow rate and acceptable place for safety of discharge.
Alternatively lots of different type applications to suit your needs for this request..
