Hi You would need someone to check the chimney. Possibly have chimney swept. Then the possibility of a flue liner and a new chimney pot installed. I can supply you with a good friend of mine who specialise in the chimney sweeping, fitting flue liners an chimney pot. Hope this helps you out.
