Hanging heavy metal gate straight to brick gate weighs 30kg

i would like to hang a heavy metal gate straight into the brickwork of my house the fixings are about 4" square and can be secured with 4 bolts/ anchors. can the wall take the weight please. i don't have the option to use posts into the ground. thank you =]

As long as you use the correct weight rated fixings, however dependant on the length of the gate will depend on the force against the fixings. If the gate is longer than 1500 mm i would look at fixing a ground wheel to the end of it, this will support the gate long term and you will have no problems at all. Hope this helps
