Hello so this last week we drained the system to move a pipe then did refilled the system bleeding radiators etc all good but now the upstairs roads get warm the ground floor top half warm and and cellar stone cold. What’s going on water from boiler is hot why it not reaching radiators ?????
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If you have already blead all radiators from the lowest to the highest then your problem may stem from sludge in your pipework and radiators which would require a poweflush to clear this sludge. Another solution could possibly be something as simple as your valves aren’t open. Please feel free to contact me if you want me to come and have a look for you. All the best. Dean

Sounds like you have the conventional open vented indirect heating system. And simply along the lines of replenishing the system of water you've either not manually opened the valve or valves to fill up the heating side of system is not fully relieved of air out of system or maybe needs balancing...

Good evening
I’ve dealt with this issue many of times while installing heating controls to new boiler systems,
First I would go to all the radiators that are warm and turn all the TRV thermostat valves off (if you have them fitted) then make sure the radiators in the cellar are all open on full, then put the CH on full for a few hours then if they heat up start to open the rest of the TRVS on the other radiators.
If all above fails you could require a power flush.
Hope this helps.

what sort of boiler do you have ?,it could be your pump,it could be you dislodged sludge when you drained down and this has caused blockages.

Have you tried bleeding the radiators furthest from the pump to the closest.
