Garage conversion into commercial bakery space

Hi Has anyone on here worked on garage conversions for bakery business startups? I've just posted a job for a partial garage conversion to help with my business startup ambitions, and wanted to see if anybody's got any experience with unique jobs like this.

The garage conversion for "business use" may require permission for change of use, ring your council Planning department and ask to speak to the duty officer, they may be useful and give you advice or they may tell you to submit a pre planning application which may have a cost and takes about 3 weeks

W`eve built kilns for a successful smokery in Cambridge and I have completed many a garage conversion- although not to a bakery, but I`m sure with council approval it would be no problem. Regards.
