Wet blob shape marks appearing on back of bathroom wall - Dab?

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.42 PM

Hi, please can someone help, big weird wet blob shapes about 8 in total keep appearing on the plaster on the outside of the bathroom wall, all different shapes and sizes and spaced all over? There is a cavity in between the bathroom wall (wet room tiled, not next to wall though, but there is a sink on that wall?) they appear on the hallway wall (original to house) they seem to fade and then come back? my son says maybe the plaster dabs? Please could someone advice me, many thanks.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

If its an external wall there's a chance it's dot and dabbed plasterboard or not insulated and condensation may have been absorbed in to the dab on cold spots. But if I'm honest you would be best to ask a couple tradesmen to have a look as it's hard to tell without seeing it, or see if you can post a picture on here?
