Is Casagenic mould in the kitchen around the sink area dangerous

if so would all the units affected need to be removed and can it affect the water coming out.

Do you mean carcinogenic?
The spores from mould can be harmful to health if inhaled but are not known to be cancer causing.
Try cleaning (a small area first) with mould cleaner. If the mould has grown around any silicone, remove the silicone, clean and re-seal

anything that is carcinogenic is dangerous to health,if you breath in spores can lead to breathing problems,consult your councils environmental health officers to check it for you and advise you.
