The easiest way to run cabels in a concrete floor is to run the cables through plastic conduit before screeding. Most plastic pipes are fine in fact push fit polypipe is freatand more than likely you would have some to hand. Daron CAL Builders

Hi, usually under the boards on the first floor. If this is not possible then trunking may have to be used.

A channel can be chased in to the concrete floor and pipe work can be retro fitted in a protective conduit (pipe) and then repaired afterwards. Messy and noisy work and exsisting pipes or cables need to be considered carefully but its not a difficult job.
Good luck
