Is possible to get a type dpc that acts as both a cavity tray and a damp proof coarse?

18 inch dpc acts as a dpc and forms a tray.

Put 450mm damp on a block course then fold down cavity and lay onto brick bed 225mm bellow that. This creates a tray damp and damp course at dpc level

Yes. You can buy this from B&Q. (W) 338mm (L) 30mm - £13.93 (W) 450mm (L) 30mm - £21.00 However any local building merchant such as Wickes or Travis Perkins sell this.

Yes you can use it as damp tray aswel as dpc, you can buy it in many sizes. If using as damp tray just make sure it goes over the cavity insulation, don't put insulation inside the tray as it will absorb moisture.
