Painting thin coat silicone render

I have had a long garden wall rendered last year with white textured thin coat silicone render and would like to know the best paint to use to refresh it this year.The render is breathable and so would I need to use a breathable masonry paint?

This should be painted with a silicone paint which is also breathable

If the render was a Weber product a paint called Weber sil P should be used.
