can a normal socket be used to provide power to electric cooker

Hi I bought this electric cooker for granny annex but i do not have any cooker point over there. I don't know if i can use the normal power socket to provide power to it. https://www.argos.co.uk/product/8571397

It’s about 17 A load so dump the idea of a 10 mm

Some single ovens can be powered by a socket but your cooker has a hob as well so will use too much power (7.6kw in fact). If you need a new circuit installing for it my advice would be to get a price for 10mm cabling as well.
