Removal of mould.

Bathroom ceiling shows signs of mould. Also, the two of the joists above the ceiling mould patches have a few white spots. Which trade would be best to investigate these problems? Thank you.

Firstly id investigate were this damp has come from and why. From simple condensation or leaking pipes. Once discovered that problem can be fixed, If condensation then perhaps an extractor vent needs fitting or windows opened more often. Leaking pipes would be a plumber. Finally id get a plaster to install new plaster board that was moisture resistant so's to be strong and free of damp, then plaster and paint.

Hi,damp specialist.if the mould spreads could destroy all timber through house.catch it early.
