A conservatory can be fitted to a converted garage. You may need planning permission for the conservatory and garage conversion. You will certainly need Building Regulations for the conversion. The conservatory in order to be exempt must be less than 30m2, be thermally separate, contain no central heating and be substantially glazed otherwise you'll need Building Regulations on the conservatory too.
