It's when you flush the system with a machine that you can hire.

In other words the plumber will flush out your whole central heating system to get rid of any sludge etc that could be blocked in the system/Radiators.
Then will re presurrise your system again.
Hope this helps

Powerflushing 101, its a machine that has a built-in pump which circulates the water around the central heating system at a high velocity, it is very good at clearing blockages as most machines are able to change the direction of the flow around the system with the pull of a lever meaning that blockages can be pushed from the opposite side of the pipe, along with chemicals added to breakdown sludge deposits and remove them safely from the system
Powerflushing is not suitable for all systems and customers should always seek advice from a professional post your job on MyBuilder and have a local professional give you onsite advise
hope this helps answer your question
Kind regards
