You could look at resin bound stone surface, for overlay its around £50 pm2. Try Varney driveways

It can be done but the existing concrete would have to be sound no cracks or sinkage. The concrete would have to be cleaned of dirt and moss and primed also also drainage may have to be put in because the resin won’t be totally permeable water will go through the resin and run though on the existing concrete. If it was me I’d dig it all out and start over a do it properly.

New Tramac is the best for resin bound Old Tarmac & concrete will not bound as good as new and cracks in the old Driverway will come through the new

As long as your current concrete surface is in sound condition and there is no sign of any sub-base movement, it would be perfectly fine to lay resin bound over. We have installed many jobs onto concrete. Just needs a good clean prior to the resin installation.
