ventilation repair

I have a ventilation system in my flat by heatrae sadia. There is a ventilation cylinder in the ceiling of each room in my flat and extraction fan in the bathroom and toilet. They are all linked to one machine. The ventilation system and extraction fan don't seem to work. I would assume it would need to be serviced/repaired. Who can I call to do this? i am not sure which category this job falls under.

I would recommend you use a Ventilation system engineer, we could investigate any faults with the failed system and rectify the issues. I would definitely advise you to have the system serviced. We specialise in all ventilation system equipment.
