2m deep public sewer manhole chamber my footing 220mm

Anonymous user 28/02/2024 - 3.42 PM

2m deep public sewer manhole chamber sits into my footing 220mm can I bridge over the top concrete lid leaving 150mm clearance.. if I bring the footing in 220mm can I run my footing along side it then or is there a clearance a footing must be away from the camber I’m doing a two story gable extension which is only the width of 2.4m to my boundary so don’t want to bring the footing in to much. then there is a public footpath where the iron manhole lid will be fully accessible planning has been granted spoke to seven Trent water about any chance of someone to come and have a look and see best way to solve it but they don’t do that is there anybody I can contact for a better response? Thanks

No, as this is a public sewer you would have put in application to divert sewer run which is costly as you would to have a pump to pump sewerage while you divert sewer out of footings , or you adjust extension footing so missed man hole.
