Looking for a car shelter solution for a parking space under a large tree (bird droppings issue!)

Hi all, Our flat has an allocated parking space in the corner of a small parking lot. The 'short' side of the space consists of a brick wall, and the 'long' side consists of a wooden fence supported by concrete pillars. Behind the wood fence, on a neighbour's property, is a huge oak tree which extends above our parking space. Unfortunately for us, it hosts a number of bird nests and our car is easily covered in bird dropping within a day of being outdoors. We would like to find some way of protecting our car from the many birds nesting above it. Can anyone advise on any practical solutions? The parking lot is divided into a number of allocated spaces so a canopy/tent not feasible. We have been wondering if some sort of awning (via three fixed supports) would be feasible -- but are willing to consider any possible solutions! Many thanks!
