Existing Extension - Change of Use & Roof

Anonymous user 23/02/2024 - 3.21 PM

We are starting to renovate a property, we are starting with the exterior of the property to make it water tight. There is an extension out the back which has a flat roof, we want to convert this to a pitched roof. Currently within the extension there is a partition wall which separates a WC from a bath and sink. There is one window in the extension which needs to be replaces also. Our aim is to move the partition wall over slightly and create a toilet and shower area, with a utilities room next to it. My Question is, should we get this all done in one job, or should we complete the pitched roof & windows etc and then move on to the interior?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Definitely finish the pitched roof construction firstly to make watertight. All internals can be done afterwards.
